How to use PropNode

Create Your Workspace

Sign up your agency. You will get a dedicated environment where you can add your landlords, properties, and the specific flats or units within them.

Define the Baseline

Assign a tenant to a unit and set their "Expected Annual Rent". This is the baseline PropNode uses to calculate if they are owing, or if they have completed their payment.

Upload Receipts to the Ledger

When a tenant pays, navigate to their profile in your ledger and upload their bank teller or transfer screenshot. Our AI will automatically extract the exact payment amount and log it to the database.

Generate Instant Reports

Check your "Insights" tab. The system automatically calculates total portfolio value, exact amounts collected, and highlights tenants who are currently in arrears.
